headers
I have a 99 gt i am looking to buy headers and the decision is between Mac, Bbk, and pacesetter, im going with the long tube and the only diff i see is on the pacesetters they have a 3" collector instead of the 2.5" collector like on the mac and bbk. i would have to use the pacesetter xpipe to connect with my exaust because of the 3" collector i was wondering if that wold create back pressure going from 3" to 2.5" becauseit is 3" on the collector side and 2.5on the exaust side

RE: headers
IMHO you are not pushing enough power to take advantage of the 3' collector and most likely never will be pushing enough to take advantage of it. You will ultimately hurt the pressure by going with that kind of collector.
Go with MAC or BBK and be done with it. Two great sets of LTs.

RE: headers
I don't think Pacesetter makes a set of headers for your car....lookin at their site, it looks like their headers jump from 96-98 to 05-06. I'd assume you're looking at the 05-06 headers, because the 96-98's are shorties and have a 2.5" collector. I don't think those 05-06 headers will work, as they're designed for the 3v engine, not our 2v.
