Alright well....my problem is that if I honk my horn more than just a few times it will blow the fuse under the hood. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but when it goes I lose my cruise control so.... And the other part of that is that I need my horn for starting races, so I can't just not use it. I was wondering if it would be possible that my horn just needs replaced, because it sounds pretty sick. Any information you could offer I would appreciate. By the way I drivea bone stock 03 Mustang GT

If the horn sounds different than normal that is most likely your culprit.

I might try swapping a junk yard horn and see what that does for me, because I hate tracing wires. I hate when something on my car doesn't work no matter how small[:@]

Does anyone know if it could be the horn relay that is the problem?

its a possibility but usually a relay is either good or bad they don't normally cause fuses to blow. I would unhook the bad horn and see if your fuse stops blowing.
