yeah this thing is nothing but a thorn in my side since i got it, it wouldnt be so bad is diablosport was more helpful, even my dyno shop said they never saw a tuner act as screwy as mine........how much you guys think it will cost for Ford to reflash the computer????

so because he got a defective tuner its his fault? no, its the manufacturer's responsibility to repair/replace it free of charge.If they had better customer service and didnt **** on their customers, maybe it would have been replaced by now.
