Default midpipe install

i am considering getting an h pipe to go with my flows and have a few questions on the install. do i have to mess with the bolts that connect the headers to the engine block? or just the bolts that go from the header to the midpipe and the midpipe to the catback? is there any particular h pipe that will fit the best and easiest? what about mac? because they seem to be one of the cheapest.

The real PITA is getting the passenger side manifold nuts off. Everything else after that is gravy. Any mid pipe will fit well. Listen to the sound clips with different mufflers before you jump on a mid pipe. They all perform about the same, so go with a sound you like.

MAC o/r H w/ 40's flows FTW!!!

- Ya, that passenger's side is a real pain. I had a terrible time getting it out. I eventually had to take it to a shop to get it surgically removed.(My Dad had the bright idea of hammer ing on it with a torque wrench for WAY TOO long andhe eventually completely ruined the nut to wear it was impossible to get off). We tried everything, pb blaster, Shoving a smaller size socket in there, etc... and nothing.) Now I think about it, that was a year ago...damn, cant believe its been that long. still sends chills down my back eery time a start 'er up.
