Hard to shift, a "crunching" sound, slipping out of gear, wont shift into other gears without tons of force...etc...

+1

Usually you start by getting a grind while shifting hard into a gear (usually 3rd) and then it gets worse and worse, car will start to grind going into the same gear when shifting easy, and the finally you loose the gear entierly and can't shift in at all.

It S U C K S. I went thru 2 t45 before I said screw it, spent the big money, and got a TKO.

you mean when you shift hard into 3rd it won't go in, but will when you shift easy?

Probably is the snycs, but do you have a aftermarket shifter? Sometimes they can be out of alingment and screw things up.

Does it make any noise when you try to shift into gear? For a long time mine would shift into 3rd really smooth if I took it easy but would grind or not go in at all when I shifted hard.

My TR-3650 does this sometimes. I guess a simple swap from stock to MGW wont fix this
