I just got my 03 Gt on monday. I have noticed when he car is cold the tranny drops in to second real hard almost like I don't have the clutch in all the way. But I do, it does it at differrent RPM's until it warms up. It also locks out 3rd gear somties and won't shift in until I blip the gas with the clutch in. I plan on having the dealer check it out. I think the shifter stop(s) might be adjusted incorrectly. Does anyone else have or had this problem. Kinda worries me being a brand new car. I have never had issues like this with my other standards.</P>

try turning trac loc off. see if that solves the shift stop problem.. def. take it to dealer, when i sold nissans, i had a brand new 350 z come in off the track.. when i was taking the 60+ guy who bought it out to show him the vehicle, it didn't want to catch second or third, turned out to be an computer error.

I tried that this morning <IMG src=smileys/smiley6.gif border="0">. Nope still does the notchy second gear and the third gear lock out. I am going to call the dealership tommorrow and set-up an appointment for saturday. Thanks!</P>
