Default Do I need a new belt tensioner?

It's been said that it's a good idea to replace your tensioner when installing a blower. Should I? Will a new one necessarily have more tension than my stock one?

Where do I get one?

Thanks

I'm running 11psi with the factory tensioner that's 6 years old. No problems.
