if the 275/40's fit, i'm going to go with them. I'm not really trying to pull off a performance thing, i just want the 17x9 look without having to buy the rims for it too.

incase u didnt know... i think it goes like this
275----> the width of the tire
45-----> height of the sidewall
17---> wheel size...
i dont think u can really get more than 245 on 17s... thepoint is on 17s with sport tires... they all are gonna be fairly low profilelooking ... so if u want big looking tires... im not sure u can pull itoff... lets see what some other peopel have to say

Just on the back, it looks as if I could put them all around if I wanted to, but it'd be best to go no bigger than 255 on the front.
