i think im gonna try them then
i was gonna go with the eibachs but yall might have changed my mind
if i go H teks do i need c/c plates???
could the guy with the h-teks on his ride send me a pic??
I bought a brand new set of Kenny Brown c/c plates when I bought my H-Tech's but I waited to see if I would need to install them.
I have checked my tread wear with a depth gauge and so far since May the front tires are wearing perfectly evenly so it looks like I will not need them after all.

The drop is only 1.5" so depending on whether your car needs an alignment or not you may not have any bad wear problems either.

I'm bringing this thread back... sorry.

I had tein s-techs on my 07 GTI and absolutely loved them. They dropped it alot and rode really well and improved handling. I'm wondering if anyone has pictures of them installed on a new edge. I'm going to be running 315/35-17s in the rear and I'm thinking I will rub because s-techs drop the car alot so if anyone has pictures of experience it would be great to know.

thats the Tein EDFC with the Flex or MonoFlex coilover kit. i have the Flex and EDFC on my 3000GT. and yes, they are regarded as some of the best! however, there are a lot of imitation versions of them running around, so if you buy the springs, make sure you get them from an authorized dealer.
