Default Here it comes! Completely new intake and exhaust in the works for my 98.

Decided I'm doing a complete head/intake swap along with exhaust work while the motors out. Wouldn't mind making a how-to, only problem is I'm not sure exactly everything I will need for the exchange (i.e. bolts, gaskets, etc.). If I get this I can do the swap more quickly (less runs to the autoparts store for "oh crap we need this" parts) . Looking for as complete a list as possible. Also any tips if you've done this would be great! Plans are to get the parts at my brother-in-laws garage and start the swap once winter starts which is why i'm trying to figure out everythingI will need before hand.

Heres what I'm doin with the swap.
Accufab 75mm Throttlebody and Intake Plenum
P.I. Intake
Patriot Stage II heads
Comp Cams XE270AH
BBK headers

I've heard a couple things so far. The head bolts will definitly need to be replaced (was going to anyways) as they are torque-to-yeild bolts. New valve covers if I'm correct.

parts depend if your going w/ pi windsor heads or the same romeo style pi heads.

Ya thats a good list thats for sure. I'd almost suggest making that link a sticky in this forum because that looks more detailed then I could even go lol. Only problem I see, and if someone else happens to see where this is called out please let me know, where he is getting all his part numbers from website wise.

If you have romeo style patriot heads then you should not need new valve covers or bigger timing case cover bolts. If windsor then you do. With that cam you need upgraded valve springs I believe.
