Default Help with CEL

ok i got my car checkd and it throw these codes. p1131, p1132, p1136? do i need mill elmi... for my car i just got a O/R X and catback? it was fine befori got the exhaust done.

Did you unhook your 02's before your x pipe? and did you make sure you hooked them back up?

yes you need mil elims with an offroad pipe, buy them, put them in, unplug your battery for 30 secs to clear your ecu, replug battery, drive.

I guess you didn't read the codes above that his car is throwing.


To the OP you have an exhaust leak before the 1st O2. Find it and fix it. What your upstream O2 is reading is not matching what the MAF is because you have air getting into the exhaust telling the O2 sensors you are lean. Find and fix.

Exactly what he said...

Upstream 02s are the first ones, so if they are throwing codes its not because of no cats... No elims would cause a cat defeciency code. And those are monitered by the second set of 02s (downstream)I also saycheck for an exhaust leak. You should be able to hear it if its up by the collectors
