Damm, 30K on a 98 and you put 10K in a few months on it? Thats too bad, thats a really low milage car.
At this point, even with the low miles, the car is coming up on 10 years old. Not a bad idea to do air filter/fuel filter and pull a plug or two and check the gap.

Even with it's low mileage, you should change the coolant. People think it last forever...Not true. It will deteriorate your haoses and gum everything up if not changed every 50kmi or every 5 years! You don't need an elaborate flush, just unscrew the drain plug that is on the lower passenger side. It's a big hex inset plastic screw on the side of the radiator. Pop your coolant cap off and let the fluid drain out. You could just remove the lower hose if it's easier but usually make a hell of a mess.
Change you fuel filter and make sure your power steering fluid isn't "burnt" looking and your brake fluis is clean. Sitting isn't good for those two. Might be a wise idea to change the rear diff fluid. My bearings were shot at 73kmi and the fluid had alreay been changed at 60kmi. The problem is that when people buy a new car they think they can drive it for 60kmi or 100kmi before they change that stuff. 3kmi max on the rear diff and it needs to be changed. After that you can run it for 60kmi, but nobody does that 3kmi change! There are a lot of metal parts back there. 2 bottle of 75w-90,rtv sealant, and a small tube of friction modifier will run you $15.

I don't see where you specified a transmission and no one has mentioned it yet but you should have your tranny filter and fluid changed. I recommend the first tranny fluid change that the filter be changed because there could possibly be some metal shavings from breaking it in. The next time they should be able to just hook to your coolant line up front and pull the fluid and put new in. Have the pan dropped and filter changed every other fluid change.
Edit: This is all for an auto tranny. I've never owned a manual long enough to change the fluid so I don't know what all is involved. Someone else could probably elaborate on that.

i just got some 4.10 gears installed so the fluid is brand new in the rear and i will probably get the coolant flushed and i will ask some ppl about the tranny flush and i will check my power steering and brake fluid but where is the fuel filter located??
