Advice for HID
Where do you put the ballasts on a 99? I guess im not creative enough to find a place myself but I am in the middle of finals so I don't wanna spend too much time on it. Pics would be helpful too. Thanks

I don't have pics but use your iimagination on this one. passenger headlamp hid ballast is under the jlt cai, passenger foglamp hid ballast is in fenderwell, driver headlamp hid ballast is behind the battery, driver foglamp hid ballast is in front of battery.

There's plenty of room behind the headlights. But you may have to remove them to get in there...lol Also, I hope you have the additional wire plugs for them because your origional one's will melt, short out ad cause a fire! Those HID kits are not meant to be thrown in factory wiring even though they sell all tht crap to everyone. Just becareful. I personally wouldn't run them unless I ran bigger wire through out!
