Default Shifter qestion?

I was wondering if adding a shifter and using the car for everyday driving would cause transmission problems?

No way, it just makes everyday driving more pleasurable and shifting easier, quicker, and better.

Thanks for the quick response. You have any suggestions on who makes a good shifter?

I just got my MGW and love it... I didn't like it at first because it was really stiff and notchy but it's been on for about 5 days now and I really love it.

On here I haven't heard one bad thing about MGW. Look into MGW, and Steeda TriAx and Pro 5.0

yeah I had read people say it shifted smooth as butter and right after I put mine on I was like..this thing is pretty damn notchy, but it really does get very smooth over time. Give it 500 miles or so, it will get much smoother.

I put a MGW on my 2001 Saleen and the only bad thing I can say about MGW is they don't offer a red shift lever . JK, the shifter is awesome, and I do not believe there is anything better. period.

I drove my buddies with a MGW and my brothers with a Pro 5.0 and truthfully I would take my tri-ax over both of those anyday. Its just so much smoother. Just my .02
