Default questions since technical forumn= dead

hey guys, just sold my car this morning, and should be getting a mustang between tomorrow and saturday. I just have a few questions...
*Do 99 mustangs have wires or a coil pack?
*GT MPH= 150 on the speedo, while V6- 120, right?
*Were there more than one engine code for the 99 model year on the mustang? and where is the engine code located?

Thanks

No sir it has "coil on plug" or COP design. There is one for each seperate cylinder. There's shouldn't be more than one engine code for the 99 GT

i belive the 99 gts had the speed limiter set like at 130 because of the tire rating but i could be talkin out of my ***, but yet the acutal speedometer goes to 150 in gts

It depends on what the speed rating of the original tires was. AFAIK if they were not Z rated (it will be on the door sticker) the speed limiter was set.

I took mine to 145when I first got it(stock)to see what it could do. Didn't cut out on me.
