engine or exhaust sound

when i start my car up is makes like a rattling sound for like 2-4 minutes then it will stop my friend said he thinks its b/c it a 96 with the pi swap and it has raised compression is that so

mine makes a clank sound like a pipe is hittin the gas tank or something at start up or shut down, idk i hope its that and njot motor mount
