Whenever someone has a question about a T-45 tranny, the first thing people say is, "FTL", or "That's your tranny saying I suck", or "You must have one of the good ones." or "It's just a matter of time." Instead of answering the question, they jump on the T-45 sucks and you better replace it bandwagon! [sm=rant.gif]

Yep... cause they break and break and break.

I simply don't know how anyone can have significant power going thru one and shift it hard and not break it. I went thru 2 in less than 20K or so, and that was with minimal power shifts.

Plain and simple, if your getting away with it you got lucky and have a super tight one. They break, they usually like to miss 3rd (which is what kills them most of the time, damages a sync and your done) and they shift crappy.

If you think your 45 feels like a "hot knife thru butter" you need to shift a 56 or TKO 500. Worlds of difference... my TKO almost shifts itself.

T-45 is the greatest! Mine shifts like a dream. Pro5.0 shifter here.
I still bet you 20 bucks via pay pal you will be seeing what a 45 looks like on the floor of your shop this year.... 45+that much nitrous = ut oh.
