my car screams at me when its cold out...its just my belt though, get some silicone and put a dab on the top and bottom side of the belt and fire it up, does the trick for me

My 01 cobra does the same thing when it's really cold.
I know I need a new belt.
Need a battery too when starting below freezing all gauges pin for a second then return to normal.
