I just got an 02 mustang gt.Hard top. Everything is from the factory. Has mach 1000 system. I want to fix it up a bit. Maybe exhaust orram air or a carbon fiber hood. what should i add to it first that doenst cost too much?

Gears. Cat Back.

Gears are cheaper, although you'll either have to do the install yourself or have a shop do it. A shop doing it will remove some of the cheapness

Exhaust is more pricy, but you get slight HP increase and a sweeter sound.

Ram air won't help all that much. Same as a CAI for the most part, but with much higher costs and either one won't really throw down big numbers. Until you do the exhaust.

Carbon fiber hood is pricy and something else that kinda rhymes with pricy.

Bassani, Magnaflow, some say Flowmaster, and now there is SLP but they seem very expensive?

Bassanni, SLP, Steeda.

Magnaflow is great, but you certainly won't stand out. Everyone and their mother has Magnaflows now

Magnaflow is the best quality muffler I have *ever* seen. Even better than Bassani or Borla IMO. Not to mention its cheaper than both of them.
