I highly recommend the track heat. It has had the best reviews of any aftermarket manifold on the market right now. I'm running it and love it. Its a pretty easy install which is almost a direct replacement. There is only two modifications required, extending IAC harness (2 wires), and modifying the EGR tube. If you are good with wrenches, then it shouldn't be an issue. It comes with very good step by step instructions and is a very complete kit with everything you need for the install.

It is basically a bullitt manifold on steroids.

I recommend the Kenne Bell intake. The cool part is that it comes with a free blower!

lol i had a kenne bell on my old car (2001 Mazda Tribute V6 Supercharged).. that was awesome!
