Default engine problem

well i just got my new clutch installed and havent had a problem with it for a day or so. Before they disconnected my battery to work on my car i was throwing the rich/lean on leftbank/right bank codes (had it checked 3 months ago after i had the same problem, then the engine light came on, it had stopped giving me problems sense then, but the light remained on.).
well it reset after the reconnection and it drove fine till this morning. at cruzing speeds (40-50) it start screwing up. it would run for 2 seconds and then act like it wasnt getting fuel or something itsounded like this for noise
vrrrrrrrr um vrrrrrr um vrrrrr um
and it did it for a while. i parked it and went into a store, came back and drove it home. at firstt it was doin it but it started again. on my way to work just now it threw the check engine light and now its stopped cutting out or whatever. i thought maybe my o2 senser or my mil eliminator went out. Can anyone diagnose my problem or had similar problems?

Im not good at describing and i cant get a video. my cammera phone sucks to bad and i dont have a cam corder plus idk when itll happen again or if it will

The fuel filter is located in front of the rear bumper, just behind the gas tank... it is easy to install... but you need a special spring release tool.. you can get one at AutoZone for like $5! It should be replaced i think they say every 30k miles... but i do mine once a year for Shlts n giggles! replace it even if it isnt the problem! It can only help! if it seems like it isnt getting fuel it could very well be the filter... your pump may be going out, or mabey you have something in your gas tank blocking the valve sometimes! Might also be the throttle position sensor, mabey your O2 sensor, dirty air filter, clogged MAF, etc!
