Default Rear end rebuild

So i'm getting ready to install some gears on my car. My question is, How necessary is it to change all the bearings, gasket, seals. etc? My car has 65K miles and i'm wondering if i should get the american muscle bearing kit or just the installation kit, which is the same but without the bearings. Or should i just leave the current bearings?

Edit: My car has no rear end problems what so ever.
