Default 4.6 windsor 2v block

What are these good to? I want to keep the Windsor Casted block 99-00, and make 650rwhp, Can i use a 4.6 windsor block with a forged rotating assembly and be safe, i want to put my own motor together, not buy a crate motor.

The Mod blocks are strong. Of course, you need good internals for it. We built one not to long ago for a tubro setup. It made 732rwhp

I've been told by engine builders that the blocks are good to 1100 hp.
