VT Cams are great, but I guess now they are Cushman Motorsport. Your gonna need springs if you do stage 2s, also valve cover and timing chain gaskets, possibly tensionors, lots of oil, a friend, and a few rented tools from Autozone. Gears are recommended for stage 1s and required for stage 2+ if you want any sort of acceleration after youre done. Be sure you have some time and a good place to work on your car. Deffinately not an easy install for an average person.

Most shops charge around $1200 for cams, install and tune. They are not hard to install and you can reuse all the gaskets listed above. There are dozens of write up on it on the internet just do a search.
