Yes it can be done, hell you can run a supercharged/turbocharged/nitrous setup all in one car. You just better have an insanely strong block.

someone asked this like 3 days ago, yeah u can its done all the time. you get a much better performance gain on blown cars with nitrous than N/A because the nitrous cools the intake charge. and its also great to reduce turbo lag.

NX even makes a kit that sprays nitrous onto the intercooler (doesnt even go into your intake) to help cool things off and get a few more ponies.
