so last week i replaced my engine and transmission. i went from an automatic to a t-45. ever since the swap there is sometimes when i ease into the gas and the car doesnt go. it makes a wump wump wump sound almost like when your bouncing off the rev limiter kind of noise. the pedal will go all the way to the floor and the car still does it. when i let off the gas or press in the clutch it stops. any ideas???

Replace the pcm with one from a manual car.

PCM wouldnt matter. I just swapped a TR3650 into my Auto 02 GT and Im still waiting on my chip from AM. I have still been driving the car and I never changed PCM's. (The c/e lite is on, the o/d lite is on, and speedo is waaaay messed up) But it runs fine

Ya PCM wouldn't matter i am waiting to get a tune that will shut the o/d light and check engine light. And because it is a T-45 my speedo didnt change.
