Default Heater Hose On PI Swap

when doing the pi swap the hose under the intake is different right? were can you buy that hose at...autozone didn't know what i was talking about...

i got mine from a local speed shop. and you have to get it for 99-04. ford could proboably get it also.

is there a specific name for that hose so i can tell the idiots at autozone...i told them there was more than one heater hose but they insisted there was only one....

Autozone doesn't have it, nor Pepboys or Advance auto parts if your asking yourself. You will find it at a local ford dealership, in the parts and service dept. Trust me, I just did my PI swap on my 98, I know. Personally I decided to eliminate it when they told me it would run me $44. And besides, I live in PR, so I won't be using the heater anytime soon

Yep!!! There or in a junker. But remember, that tube distributes water to the heater. If you rarely or never use your heater, you can eliminated, plus giving you some extra power since the water only travels in one direction.It took me 1 year to complete my swap. Reading articles, looking for the RIGHT part and not just one that says¨it will increase 14rwhp¨and figuring out what was the best choice part by part. yea i am doing a full pi swap...pi heads, comps xe278 cams, typhoon intake andhedman headers

i have a plastic pi intake if you want it....100 bucks shipped
