Throw out bearing

i think the throw out bearing in my car is going out. there is a squeak when the clutch is out and no squeak when the clutch is pushed in. do you guys think this is what it is or could it be something else. if it is the throw out bearing is there anyway to fix it without replacing it

it doesnt necesarily need to be replaced yet. Its just extremely annoying. Once it starts making a clunk noise when you let the clutch out in neutral is a sign of it going out for sure.

Ford tob are known for being noisy, just get a louder exhaust lol. Just dont worry about, unless you start hearing clunking or feeling engagement problems.
