Mobil1 or Amsoil are top of the line synthetic motor oils. I use 5W30 Amsoil with the Amsoil oil filter. It's a bit high at $50 for all of that, but the oil is good for much longer than conv. oil..7500 miles, or 1 year I believe. The filter is very important as well, which is why I use the Amsoil filter.
