Need Some Help With Cam Selection

I do not have a mustang yet, but I will soon be getting a 2001-2004 Mustang Gt. I will be putting BBK Longtube headers, cold air intake, true dual exhaust with x pipe, cam, underdrive pulleys and gears. My question is which cam should i buy for that car with an auto transmission? Which stall converter? Gears? Anything else i would need to buy? Also which mufflers do you think would sound best? I was thinking Flowmaster Original 40's. Thanks for the help. If you can provide links, that would be great.
