AC blowing out hot air

AC blowing out hot air
I just finished doing a 5.4 swap into my 2003 GT. My AC blows out hot air when turned on. I purchased a can of R134 with a pressure gauge to check the system, but the gauge shows normal at first and then the gauge continues to rise until it is in the red (caution).
Anyone have any answers to what the problem could be. AC did work at two different times after I completed the swap. Since then it has been hot.
Thanks in advance.

Maybe you popped the fuse. Sometimes it can be just a simple little thing.

this happened to me before and its most likely the fuse or it could be one of your speed sensor's for your cooling fan, you have two the normal low speed and the high speed for when the air is on. See if the fan kicks on when you turn the a/c on, if not thats your problem. SInce your fuses are ok id say that may be whats wrong. That swap looks insane by the way[8D]

the ac system might just need to be charged. take it somewhere you know the people and have them check it.
