Default traction bars

can someone with lift bars measure and tell me how much the control arm was dropped at the mount. to me all the lift bars look like they do is change the geometry of the suspension by dropping the rear mounts. i already have tubular control arms and would like to just convert them to lift bars by welding an extended spring perch on and welding the drop bracket on.

well i have the megabite jr.s and i gotta tell you its not just dropping them. cuz the arm itself was about an inch shorter than the stock arm. anywho, it has 2 settings, 85% and 120% more traction. id say they are close to 3/4"-1 1/4" respectively. but yet again, its not just dropping them.

also, i gotta say, i love what the arms did for me. my car only spins in first now, not 1st-3rd. it also stays much straighter and i can turn hard as hell without breaking loose. it is worth the cash over standard lca's.
