Yeah, same as my state. That means all you should have is the guy do an OBD check pretty much, no visual check it looks like, unless there is some type of gas cap under our cars I don't know about. They just check for Check engine lights or trouble codes then. A diablo tuner (not sure about the SCT) will allow you to turn off your rear O2 sensors so you will have no problem with CEL's or passing emissions with an off-road or hi-flow catted mid-pipe(which I hear the hi-flows have failed emissions too).
