Default Starting Problem

I have a 2000 GT and when i tried to leave my house earlier it wouldnt start up. I was only home for about 3 hours and it seemed fine when i got there. Anyways, the car has plenty of gas in it so i thought i might jump it and i tried and it still wouldnt start. The lights seem fine and is still kind of new. The car sounds like its turning over fine but just not starting. I went in the trunk and tried to hit the fuel reset switch but the switch wouldnt move when tryin to push it in. Its dark outside so i couldnt really do much but does anyone know what this could be or what i should check? Any help is appriciated. Thanks.
