I been there with a ranger cluster. I learned after my first screwup to remember where the needles are (take a picture, draw it out etc..) but too late for that now. The way i fixed mine was to install the cluster without the glass face so i had access to needles while running. Volt, oil and temp guages i positioned in the middle once vehicle was at operating temp. the fuel guage a sorta remembered and got it as close as i could. The tach i stuck at 800 rpms (while idling) where it always idled for me. Now the fun part...The speedo...if you can remember what your rpm's were atwhen you were at acertain speed then this wont be hard. Pull your speedo needle off and barely put it on so you can easily remove it while driving (guess you can tell by now im a redneck ) Go ahead and hit the road...get you car to the RPM in the proper gear put your needle in the right place. In my Ranger it was 2000k @ 25mph in 2nd gear...but of coarse every car/truck differs.

do a search there was a thread on here not to long ago that explained how to do a test of the gauges by holding the trip button in while the car is parked and not running but the key in the on position you can then start it and drive it in tet mode and it will give you a digital readout of the actual speed, rpm, oil, water, volt etc...
ill try and find the thread or something pertaining to this to help ya out

lol! Don't do it that way! Just guess and then take it for a spin. If its off by a few just reguess where the needle needs to be a take it for another drive. It only took me a few tries to get mine right.
