Default Replacing Parking Brake

Hey guys,

I broke my parking brake right before I put my car away for this past winter. I'm just getting it out now and want to get it fixed. I got underneath the car and found out out that it was the right side that broke. I'm just asking how much of a PITA it is to replace this on your own. I heard that you have to remove the passenger seat to get to that side and that it's underneath the carpet. Any input would be appreciated. This is for the V6 body not the Cobra of GT. If it matters
