Default is this a clutch problem

Today on the way home ..... 35 mile drive... i stomped on it in first it got to 4 K and kept studdering... almost like it's hitting a rev limiter.....it would not go any faster nor were the rpms shooting up... i have had a car with a slipping clutch but this was not like it......it did it in 2nd as well... got home shut car off 5 min later went back out. did not do it again.... it feels like it did when a coil pack was bad but no CEL

if it is the clutch what is the best one to buy for DD i drive 80 miles a day

I have a king cobra clutch now it lasted about 25K and yes that's short but i sit in stop and go for 15 miles a day and beat the **** out of my car every day.....
