If your clutch is really stiff, it COULD be the TOB, but I doubt it. Is your clutch really choppy, or just heavy/ stiff? If it's just heavy (but still a smooth engagement) it could be a frayed cable or something. Mine was really choppy feeling when my clutch fork took a dump on me (and the TOB pushed on the Pressure Plate at a bad angle, instead of flush.

Check out your clutch cable- it might be frayed at the ends and need to be replaced.

Ok ill check the cable tomorrow, well its debatable my clutch is kind of choppy, and somewhat hard to get a feel for. But its noting terrible. I think i do need some sort of bearing, maybe a pilot bearing....

My clutch squeaks when i press the pedal down all the way, and sometimes if i move it back it squeaks. I noticed this when the engine was off.
