Default PI Heads - Advice?

This totally hit me out of the blue, someone responded to an add I had on craigslist, so I drove 2 hours after work today and bought a set of complete PI heads, cams, covers, for $180. This was a mod I really wanted, but one I didn't think was going to happen anytime soon.

I knew enough from researching them before to know that they are Romeo PI Heads, He said 01 mustang, and from what I can tell from the numbers hes right. He had them for a 95 T-Bird.

I really wasn't planning on finding these, but for $180 I couldn't pass them up. I'm not sure though exactly what I need to stuff them on, and I could really use a word or 2 on what things to change or upgrade while I'm in there. The car is together and running fine right now, so before I do this I want to pile everything up, I'd rather not tear into this thing over and over again, It's my daily driver.

Right now I have, PI Intake Manifold, 01 PI Romeo Heads n Cams. Is there anything I should look out for, or anything I should add to it before I slap it together. I'm not the richest by any means, but I am going to buy timing chains, tensioners, Headers, and a Tuner before I go at it.

Is there any other recomendations? Like waterpump maybe? or cam adjusters worth it? I'm not sure I haven't tackled this one yet, I'm anxious but I need to do this right. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm new valve springs while its out? IDK.

I have decided against porting them, I just wont be able to afford it for too long. Help appreciated, you guys always come through for me on everything else, I could really use it this time.

I don't know much about these heads in particular but if I was going to spend time and money putting them on my car I'd at least get the valves re-cut and ground with 3-angle valve seats and new valve stem oil seals fitted. Maybe even new valve guides if required.
Also I'd get them skimmed to make sure they're flat.

Had a similar swap done. It has more power. It is listed as a 12 hour job but it can take longer. you will need new head bolts and several gaskets. check the depth of your old and new intakes. we had heater hose conflict. I have $2500 in new heads , intake, parts and labor. probably 30 more horse for about $80 per pony.
