if you already had a dyno tune then it was on a dyno and you would have a sheat showing your rwhp. and you would see that you probably be around 260 to 270 rwhp. unless you are thinking of hp to the crank. then I would say yes to having 300hp to the crank if you have everything you said you have.

your gonna have to go inside the motor to get 300RWHP with out any Forced induction.

seriously save yourself a lot of money in the long run and just save some pennies and pick up a procharger or vortech- you go from being 30-50hp behind a stock Z to about 75-100 above...its righteous.

And i could be mistaken here, but to my knowledge, Z28s most def. do NOT make 300 HP to the wheels,
All you would need to take out that LS1 would be about 265 HP to the wheels. The camaro, equipped with a male driver weighs about 3600 lbs.
Their quick enough to kick your *** stock for stock But an OFF ROAD mid pipe, catback, pullies, tb/ plenum and 93 octane Tune should hang with him.. heck you do those mods plus gears, you'll take out a LS1 in a camaro
