they dont look to be of horrible quality. the fact that they make hard tops is pretty impressive. i would give them a call and ask how many layers they generally use for the hood you are looking at. then call a high end hood company and ask them the same question.

ya i read a statement of theirs and it says that their hoods are thicker than stock and some applications might need the rubber trimmed down
