Now I've heard of factory freaks, I think I have a factory slug, everyone seems to roast off the their tires, I spin a bit in first and just get a chirp from second with my 315 summis.

I doubt your spinning all the way through second. Need driver mod. Get rid of the Goodyear Eagles and +1 on investing in a stickier tire.
