Default 2000 interior in a 1996

I have a friend with a 2000 mustang v6 that was in a wreck. all the interior parts are still good and he has all tan including leather seats. my interior is a complete piece of ****, it smells and has stains everyhwere, the dash is cracked and there is a rat stuck in one of the vent tubes.

will i be able to swap all of his interior with mine?

-door panels
-dashboard
-center console
-rug
-front seats
-rear seats
-rear decklid
-a pillars

let me know thanks!!!

I dont see why you wouldnt be able to swap them. I went from driving a 97 to my newer 2002 and there isnt any big differences in the two interiors. I know with the 99+ they changed some the radio bezel but thats pretty much all I can tell. Plus i know that was everyones big beef with the new edge mustangs is that Ford only gave the outside of the car a facelift and didnt really touch the interior.

The rear seat bracket for a '99-'04 won't fit a '96-'98.

I have '01 seats in my '98, but the rear seat bracket wouldn't match up with the back seats. How did you make it work?
