Ive got a 99 gT that drove home last nite and it ran great. Now all it does is turn over when you try to start it. Sounds like no fuel or fire not sure which. Since last nite the black plastic part of my key was broke off and lost. I read the manual and it says something about the switch reading a code for the anti theft. When the black plastic on the key being broke off be whats wrong? If anyone has an idea please let me know. Thanks</P>

THere is a transistor in you key. You wont be able to start your car until you get another one. You will most likely have to buy a blank from the dealer and have them program it for your car. Might as well call a tow truck
