Default Same issue hope you guys can help me

Ok i know alot about electrical systems and how they work due to that i got a degree in it. But i have the same issue in my 1998 mustang base model v6 5 speed manual. The fuse is good and it has 12v going across it. The ground wire to both auxiliary outlets are good but no power to the outlets. I am stumped the wires are fine no damage. Im thinking of spicing into the ignition wire on the radio for power but i want to try to fix the problem first. Can any of you help me?

There are 3 fuses which control the cigarette lighter and accessorie port in the center console of these mustangs the cigar lighter the power seats and the convertible top fuses in the fuse box located under the hood of the car. Took me two days and a multimeter to figure it out.

What fuse number should I check if only the power point below the radio has failed? I’m not sure if it’s mentioned
