Default IPOD Dynolicious dyno and 1/4 numbers

This program for the IPOD touch and Iphone uses the accelerometers inside of them to calculate acceleration etc... it seems very accurate actually and theres reviews proving it to be very accurate.

Estimated Weight entered (3650 lbs) 3/4 tank, spare tire still, stock 2003 gt, me+ passenger

car :Stock 2003 mustang gt 5 speed
tires : treadware 420(lol - somewhat explains the 60 foot)
surface : flat part of a bridge

60 foot : 3.18 (loll)
1/8th : 10.19 @ 78.3
1000 ft : 12.88
1/4 mile : 15.14 @ 100.3

0-60 6.78
0-100 15.01

was probably still in 3rd while hitting 100

said my max HP was 220, seems very reasonable, im at sea level, stock 5 speed, temp is about 65, humidity pretty high id say

FUN FUN FUN, what do you guys think? (other than i need new tires lol)

I have that, its too cold and I have no traction at the moment so I can't do a serious run. I have problems holding the ipod still, my solution is 3x3inch velcro pads to hold it snug. Those look like slow shifts based on what my results looked like, surely you could be in the 14's range.

Yeah, I was the same way, didn't think much of it, just had to have it because it looked cool. I however was very surprised when I had my passenger tell me how fast I was going according to my ipod and I was very surprised to find that every time it was correct as far as I could tell by my speedo (maybe off by +-1mph?) I would never use it to say what my hp/track times are, but that doesnt mean it cant be used for ****s and giggles.

my friend held it pressed firm still on my center consol for the most accurate runs
i probably made some very promising 1/8th mile runs a few times where i didnt have room to finish a 1/4.. ill get my best 1/8th mile times from my friend tommorow. my best 60 foot was 2.8+ i belive though =(

the 1st couple runs i made i was really hard on the car. very 1st run i spun all 1st and redlined at like 20, shifted to 2nd and redlined and had to let off

this run i was bieing a little easier on my car, i will try to shift faster next time

Don't get in on it all the way if you just spin to 6k. Go a little, just enough not to spin like crazy and ease into it, flat out flooring it is just slower.
