I have a 96 Gt with a 2003 PI motor in it. I have been using the old 96 harness with the coils since I did the swap but I just picked up a 2000 harness with the coils packs that I'm in the process of putting on the car. The problem is there are a lot of connectors that are different including the alternator plug? It was always my understanding that it was a pretty straightforward swap but it sure doesnt seem like it? Has anyone used a newer harness in there 96-98 cars and if so what do I have to do to make it work?
