400RWHP is a blast, but you do eventually want more. With this being said, i would build your car so that when you want more, all you have to do is change a pulley. I would say start from the ground up, with the s/c being the somwhat of the last mod.
Suspention, 31splin rear end, Forged internals, clutch, then the s/c.
As far as gears go, i have 3.90, and must say that is it a little much with the twin screw. For N/A they are great. When i change the rear end out for the 31 spline, i wil be going to 3.73 or maybe even 3.55. Some will disagree, but i want a little longer gear.

Thanks for all the comments. I am hoping that having 400 rwhp will be plenty for me for a few years. How difficult are the gears to change?

Gears from what i hear are not that hard to install but are easy to mess up. Most ppl on here will advise to have them professionally installed just to be on the safe side.
N/A means naturally aspirated. No s/c, turbo, ect..

Gears are not hard to install, its very straight forward. However setting the backlash is very important and the rear will hum and grind if it is not correct. save yourself the time and get them installed professionally.
