I'm going to buy a new heater core...

I was talking to my mechanic and he actually pulled back my rug and I saw the fresh coolant droplets on the bare floor.

He told me I could buy the parts or he could get them. He also said that I need to buy a silicon hose to go with the new heater core.

My question is...

What do I exactly need to purchase to give to my auto shop to put in?

I found this so far...

Heater core is in and everything is PERFECT.

Only thing I noticed was that the Temperature Gauge is a little high now.. It used to stand straight up and a 90 degree angle , but it slightly leans to the right. It's still within the "Normal" range though . Just barely...
