ceramic is the way to go. helps in scavenging effect and to ward off the evil empire of environmental exposure. But if you want to go on the cheap there is nothing wrong with Industrial grade. It will just fall apart in a few years time. If you get a lot of salt, water etc etc on it, it will basically eat itself into oblivion. If you have the cash or can deal with saving up for awhile i would go ceramic or pure stainless. just my .02

sounds good i wanna do it right the first time, also i want an o/r x for my long tubes, if i go with mac long tubes i cant find and o/r x from mac the will fit ling tubes could i go with a different brand for my mid pipe or would it not fit
mmm not very sure on this one, as i do not have long tubes as of yet. You might want to call them up and see what they suggest going with. I'm sure there are plenty of people on here that can help you out with that question though. many different setups around.

My friend made the mistake of putting industrail headers on his 360 in a Jeep. We did a lot of wheeling and driving in snow and it was no time before they were junk. I got a set of ceramic headers on my 5.0 and I love them and still are in great condition.

+1 for the ceramic, the mac's coating will start to peel and look like crap after awhile.

So. I have chrome. I mean when are you going to look at your headers? I dont. There is no difference in performance. Unless you dont want your headers paint to peal then go with ceramic. If you dont car, like me, pay less.
